Description

Vento Suão red shows a ruby-red colour and an aromatic profile dominated by ripe red fruits, particularly plum and strawberry jam.

On the palate, it offers good volume with a smooth texture, finishing in a balanced and persistent way. An approachable and harmonious red wine, ideal for easy drinking.

The Adega Cooperativa da Granja, with over 60 years of history, benefits from the excellent conditions that the Alentejo offers for the production of very high-quality wines, appreciated all over the world.

The great recognition of the quality of the wines produced here came in 1989, with the distinction of a "Champion of the World" wine, in a competition held in Ljubljana, in the former Yugoslavia and, since 2007, the Adega has evolved with the modernisation of the entire production line, maintaining the traditions of the region, namely with the production of carved wine, a tradition inherited from the Roman Empire, and the use of the varieties so characteristic of the region.
