The Casa Velha Grande Reserva white is an exceptional wine made from the Gouveio, Viosinho, Arinto and Rabigato grape varieties grown on the Favaios Plateau. These grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand, guaranteeing maximum quality.
The wine is aged for 12 months on the fine lees, resulting in a final blend made up of 90 per cent of the wine fermented in barrels and 10 per cent in stainless steel vats. It has a citrus yellow colour and a bright appearance. The aroma is characterised by vegetal, citrus and stone fruit notes. On the palate, it's lively, enveloping and creamy, with the barrel and acidity in perfect harmony.
