2022 Herdade Fonte Paredes Family Collection Grande Reserva red
Free shipping to Description
The Herdade Fonte Paredes Family Collection Grande Reserva Red results from a blend of Alicante Bouschet, Petit Verdot and Petite Syrah, grape varieties that lend the wine structure, depth and elegance.
It presents a ruby colour and an aromatic profile marked by notable depth, with notes of compote, blackberries, cocoa and olive, forming a complex and well-harmonised ensemble. On the palate, it is concentrated and refined, revealing high-quality toasted nuances that enhance the wine’s harmony and length.
Herdade Fonte Paredes is an estate of around 400 hectares, stretching across the Alentejo soils of Avis. The first vineyard on this centuries-old property was planted in 1930, and since then wine production has been one of the key activities of the Cerejo family, who have managed the estate for four generations.
