Description

Intus red wine is an authentic expression of Vidigueira, a region of unique wines with wide temperature ranges and schist soils. The old vines of Trincadeira and Aragonez are harvested by hand at the ideal point to guarantee fresh fruit, crisp acidity and lightness.

Winemaking, with minimal intervention, begins with foot treading and spontaneous fermentation. The liquid fraction is pressed and aged in small stainless steel tanks, preserving the purity of the fruit and the natural texture of the wine. After decanting, the wine is bottled unfiltered and without stabilisation.

Ruby red in colour, it has a pure aroma of red fruits, especially cherries. In the mouth, it reveals lightness, fresh acidity and juicy, delicate tannins.
