Description

The Palmeirim d'Inglaterra white is elegant, with good intensity and complexity, highlighting aromas of citrus fruits such as grapefruit, white flowers and ripe tropical fruits, complemented by light mineral notes.

It is in the sub-region of Chaves, between the Tâmega and Ribeira de Oura valleys, in the Trás-os-Montes wine region, that the Palmeirim d'Inglaterra vineyards are planted, on granite soils with a sandy and schist texture. The current owners of the estate come from families that have long been rooted in these lands and wanted to preserve the memory of their ancestors by producing quality wines that, when combined with other activities, would dignify the culture of this unique territory.
