The Quinta da Cheira is located in the parish of Mazedo and its first vineyard was planted in 1990, with the typical grape variety of the Vinho Verde region, the Alvarinho.
Here the production remains practically artisanal and of purposely small quantities, to focus on the quality of the grapes and terroir. Thus, the wines exhibit a mineral structure, characteristic of the land and the mountainous region bathed by the river, as well as fruity and delicate aromas.
