The manual harvest in 20kg buckets, followed by destemming, crushing and direct pressing, highlights the care taken in the winemaking process. With decanting lasting 36 hours and part of the fermentation in oak barrels, this wine displays a harmonious fusion of fruity notes and the complexity resulting from the process.
