Description

This Altas Quintas is a talha wine with a deep ruby colour. The aroma reveals great complexity, with earthy notes and subtle hints of oak, against which notes of fruit, berries, pepper and a hint of vegetation stand out. On the palate, it offers silky tannins, plenty of freshness and excellent balance.

The Altas Quintas project was born from the desire to make wines with different characteristics in the Alentejo for demanding connoisseurs. The difference of its wines begins in the location of the vines that give rise to them, planted on a plateau at an altitude of 600 metres, in the heart of the Alentejo. Allied to the terroir is also the strongest characteristic of this project: the obsession for difference, always pushing to obtain the maximum quality in the raw material that produces these Alentejo wines.
