Cabra Velha Late Harvest white is crafted exclusively from the Fernão Pires grape variety, harvested at an advanced stage of ripeness to enhance its aromatic richness and natural concentration.

It offers an intense and enveloping profile, with ripe fruit aromas and delicate floral notes balanced by refreshing acidity. On the palate, it is smooth and luscious, combining natural sweetness with vibrant freshness for a harmonious and elegant finish.

The finish is long, persistent and refined, making it an excellent choice to enjoy with desserts or on its own as a special indulgence.

Pitada Verde is a family-owned winery established in 2009 in the heart of Ribatejo, dedicated to producing quality wines in Portugal's Tejo Wine Region. With around 30 hectares of vineyards spread across the three Tejo sub-regions (Bairro, Charneca and Campo) the estate takes advantage of the area's diverse terroirs to craft authentic and well-balanced wines.

All grapes are grown under Integrated Production certification, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainable viticulture. In the winery, gravity-fed winemaking techniques minimise mechanical intervention, preserving the purity of the fruit and the expression of each grape variety. Under the guidance of winemaker João Pedro Batista, each variety is vinified separately, resulting in wines that faithfully express the identity and richness of the Tejo region.
