João Nicolau de Almeida and his children have a deep connection to Ronfe. Their grandfather, José Rosas, a goldsmith and lover of the arts, acquired the property in 1919 and planted the vineyards within a landscape and architectural setting of great beauty. Today, the family breathes new life into the vineyards and Ronfe wine, as well as the label designed in 1935.
