The Cooperativa Agrícola do Távora, is located in the Demarcated Region of Távora-Varosa, inserted between the Douro region and Dão. This Espumante rosé is obtained from the Touriga Nacional grape variety and is produced by the traditional method, aged for 12 months under the yeasts. The bottles were stored at low temperatures, allowing a slow evolution, offering quality aromas.
