2023 Herdade dos Oliveiras rosé 1.5L

Herdade dos Oliveiras rosé is a charming wine made exclusively from the Aragonez grape variety.

Winemaking includes an early harvest, direct pressing and fermentation in stainless steel vats at 15ºC, ensuring the preservation of fresh, fruity aromas.

With a light pink colour, this wine offers an intense aroma of strawberries and red berries. On the palate, it reveals a good presence and notes of fruit, resulting in a balanced and pleasurable whole.

Herdade dos Oliveiras Family Vineyards, located in Estremoz, in the heart of the Alentejo, is a project dedicated to producing wines of excellence. With 20 hectares, the property has an old vineyard and a small classic olive grove, crossed by two streams and a hill with breathtaking views. The vineyard, planted over 25 years ago, benefits from sandy loam soil and is 330 metres above sea level, providing ideal conditions for viticulture.
