Description

Intus white wine is produced from old vines and the Roupeiro, Antão Vaz and Arinto grape varieties, harvested by hand at the ideal point of ripeness to ensure fresh fruit and crisp acidity.

Winemaking begins with foot treading and spontaneous fermentation. Only the liquid fraction is pressed and transferred to small stainless steel tanks, where the wine ages without intervention to preserve the purity of the fruit and the natural texture. After decanting, the wine is bottled without stabilisation and with slight filtration.

With a straw colour and green reflections, it has aromas of citrus fruit and white flowers, with hints of vegetables. In the mouth, it is juicy and fresh, ready to drink.
