Description
L’Ostal stands out for its exceptionally pale and luminous hue, with subtle pink reflections. On the nose, it reveals remarkable aromatic complexity, characterised by delicate floral notes, such as rose petals and fruity nuances of grenadine. On the palate, it offers a soft and refreshing entry, with a light, well-balanced texture. The finish is long and elegant, supported by a discreet sweetness that enhances the fresh and persistent grenadine aromas.
Located in the historic village of La Livinière, on the slopes of the Montagne Noire, Domaine L’Ostal was established by Jean-Michel Cazes, renowned for his stewardship of Château Lynch-Bages, Grand Cru Classé in Pauillac. The estate benefits from an exceptional terroir, defined by clay-limestone soils and a Mediterranean microclimate — ideal conditions for producing wines of great quality and character.
