Quilate Grande Reserva red is crafted from the oldest vineyards of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz, reflecting the excellence of the Douro and the outstanding potential of its native grape varieties. Fermented in century-old granite lagares under temperature-controlled conditions, it underwent malolactic fermentation and was aged for 14 months in French oak barrels, followed by six months of bottle ageing.
It displays a deep ruby colour with a bright, clear appearance. The nose reveals balsamic aromas alongside notes of black fruit, dark cocoa and toasted coffee, beautifully integrated with the oak. On the palate, it is velvety and full-bodied, with refined tannins that provide structure and elegance.
The finish is long, vibrant and harmonious, highlighting the depth and distinctive character of this Grande Reserva.
