Produced from the Encruzado grape variety, sourced from vineyards planted on sandy soils of granite origin, this white wine has white flowers in its aroma, revealing itself to be sweet and appealing. In the mouth, it is voluminous, rich and has a pronounced mineral profile.
The Quinta de Carvalhiços is located in São Miguel do Outeiro, Tondela, in the Dão Demarcated Region. At an altitude of around 400 metres, with a rugged terrain and predominantly granite soil, it has a unique location for the production of high quality grapes, giving it the authenticity and unique character of the Dão region.
