Tau white is an elegant and carefully crafted wine made from selected vineyards in Barcelos, Alvarinho and Loureiro. Vinification is precise, with fermentation in stainless steel and ageing on fine lees, partly in used oak.
The nose is expressive and enveloping. On the palate, it shows intensity and balance, with ripe acidity and well-integrated oak, resulting in a harmonious and refined wine.
