Monte dos Perdigões Syrah red is produced from hand-harvested grapes, fermented in marble lagares with a pre-fermentation maceration to ensure maximum colour and aroma extraction. Aged in new French oak barrels, it presents an opaque colour and an intense aroma of ripe black fruit with subtle cigar box notes. On the palate, it reveals silky tannins and well-integrated oak, delivering breadth and elegance to the tasting experience.
