Pierre Prieur & Fils Sancerre is an organic white wine made exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc, sourced from a range of Sancerre terroirs. The domaine’s vines are spread across around 30 south- and southeast-facing plots, including some of the appellation’s most renowned terroirs, creating a wine that combines diversity of expression with a strong sense of place.
The nose reveals aromas of white and citrus fruit. On the palate, it combines lively freshness with richness on entry, followed by lovely mid-palate structure. The finish is marked by freshness and a delicate saline note, adding finesse and length to the wine.
