Description

The Quilate Altitude Reserva white is produced from a careful selection of Gouveio and Viosinho from small plots, vinified using the “bica aberta” method, slowly fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature, and aged for 6 months in French oak barrels to enhance its complexity. It displays a bright citrine colour, with intense citrus aromas evolving into mineral notes well integrated with the oak ageing. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with lively acidity and an enveloping texture, confirming the freshness and aromatic nuances perceived on the nose.
