La Fée Absinthe Parisienne is the taste of true French Absinthe. Distilled at the Rocher distillery using the original herb Artemisia absinthium amongst other fine herbs, La Fée Parisienne was the first traditional absinthe distilled in France since its 1915 ban and is the only absinthe approved by the Musée de l'Absinthe. Distilled in the traditional 68% apv following an authentic 19th century recipe, each distillation is personally approved by Marie-Claude Delahaye - renowned expert and historian of absinthe. To take this absinthe in the traditional French way, add 4-6 parts ice-cold water over sugar using an absinthe spoon.
