Arbutus Spirit, produced from the most ripe fruit from the Serra do Caldeirão. Harvested by hand, carefully fermented and distilled using modern distillation techniques, a seductively fruity and smooth brandy is born.
The Arbun project was born in the heart of the Serra do Caldeirão by Luís Domingos and João Martins. The products were launched in times of pandemic and are a reflection of the good flavours and traditions of the Medronho culture in one of the most engaging mountains of the Algarve and Baixo Alentejo region.
