Arbutus Spirit is a traditional fruit brandy made from the fruit of the arbutus (strawberry tree), typical of the Algarve hills in Portugal. Strawberry trees grow wild in poor soils in rural regions, such as the Alentejo and inland Algarve. They produce a delicate, fruity and smooth brandy.
