Left to mature in selected American oak barrels, this is where the spicy and bold character takes hold.
On the nose it presents notes of Cinnamon, clove oil and white pepper, combined with fruity aromas such as apple and pear. In the mouth it brings out flavours of Cinnamon, green peppers and a touch of nutmeg combined with orchard fruits, vanilla and toasted oak, finishing with a taste of honey and toast from the barrel.
