Zangaria Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a single-varietal Galega olive oil sourced from both old groves and newer plantations managed according to traditional practices that respect the natural balance of the ecosystem. Hand-harvested using traditional methods, it preserves the purity of the fruit and ensures a product of outstanding quality.
The nose shows a soft and elegant profile with delicate notes of dried nuts and a light vegetal touch. On the palate it is harmonious, with very moderate bitterness and pungency, a smooth texture and a balanced finish.
