Description

With a dominant aroma of "Toffees" (caramel), this is a whisky of excellence and uniqueness. Caol Ila 17 Year Old Unpeated Malt is characterised by its notes of allspice, brown sugar, with a touch of aniseed, cinnamon and chilli. It's a very complex whisky in terms of aromas and on the palate there's a strong caramel presence with spicy aromas and toast, associated with the whisky's ageing in oak barrels.
