This monovarietal, Quinta da Falorca Touriga Nacional 2010, is a result of the crushing and complete stemming of grapes, maceration and fermentation in steel vats with low capacity, selected yeasts, temperature control and soflty pumped over wine process.
Staged in steel vats, passing through oak barrels, 50% new french oak during 18 months, followed by a bottled time period.
Aroma of fruit and violets, a very elegant bouquet. In the palate it is still very fruity, very well balanced and harmonious, with well tamed tannins, very correct, elegante and refined.
