The base of this gin is Sharish Blue Magic Gin, but without the addition of strawberries and raspberries, where in its place were added Queen Claudia plums, which were previously macerated for three months at the maximum ripening point. This is a Gin based liqueur, without any added sugar.
Sharish Gin is founded in the year 2014, in Reguengos de Monsaraz and is the direct translation of the inspirations of the recipes that recover the smells that surrounded the childhood of António Cuco, the founder.
With an immense desire to bring to life a project he has always had a lot of love for, António Cuco creates the first Gin Interpretation Centre on the Iberian Peninsula, oding to the philosophy "Slowly distilled in Alentejo".
