The backbone of the recipe are the grains of veronica harvested from the heart of pure Estonian nature, which together with juniper berries and fennel add a flowery smoothness to this gin. The aroma is fresh, crisp, aromatic and complex. You can feel hints of juniper buds, lemon, grapefruit zest, cumin, anise seeds, fennel, yarrow, oregano and mint. The taste is dry, elegant, slightly spicy and fresh. The most present flavours are the bitterness of pink grapefruit and the freshness of citrus and herbs.
