Henri Giraud is a family house installed since the 17th century in Ay, whose soil is classified as Grand Cru. Generation after generation, the Giraud-Hémart family has built one of the finest areas of Champagne, reintroducing the purest tradition by rebuilding the first oak barrels of Argonne, which gives their champagne a real elegance and a special woody flavour.
