The Montado Alentejano version embodies the rural identity of the Alentejo and a unique ecosystem called Montado.

This is a gin that is unique in the world for distilling the very alcohol used in the production of its gin, and in this case, the extraction comes from carob and cork oak acorns. To these fermented and subsequently distilled elements are added the remaining ingredients, such as almonds, walnuts, chestnuts, and other botanicals that identify the purity of the Montado Alentejano.
