Drambuie
Description
The name "Drambuie" comes from the Scottish Gaelic phrase um dram buidheach, meaning "the drink that satisfies". Drambuie is a malt whisky liqueur with a base of honey, herbs, and a secret blend of spices. Its flavour suggests saffron, honey, fennel, nutmeg and herbs. It is produced in Scotland, can be served neat , on the rocks, or used as an ingredient in a mixed drink, such as a cocktail.
