Description

Tojeira Blanc de Blancs Sparkling Wine is made exclusively from the Chardonnay grape variety, grown on the granite soils of the Casa da Tojeira estate. Following manual harvesting, the sparkling wine undergoes a minimum ageing period of 12 months in bottle, resulting in its beautiful pale lemon colour. Fruity in profile with subtle mineral notes, it displays a fine and persistent mousse, alongside refreshing acidity and a long finish.

Situated within a private estate in the Peneda-Gerês National Park, this beautiful 17th-century manor house has been renovated and adapted for wine production. The estate extends across 20 hectares dedicated not only to viticulture but also to leisure activities.
