Hand-selected malts (including The Macallan and Highland Park) and grain whiskies were matured over the 12 years before being blended to create The Famous Grouse Gold Reserve. Dark golden colour, clear and bright. The aroma is rich, balancing, with notes of oak wood with a brief allusion to peach. Rich palate, full of flavour, fruity and smooth, well matured. Medium finish, dry and clean.
