Description

FozTua Tawny, aged over 40 years, reveals a bright amber colour and an aroma of enormous depth, with notes of cinnamon, caramel, coffee, hazelnut, toasted almonds and balsamic nuances, resulting from ageing in wood. It is a very structured wine, with a striking acidity that makes it very balanced.

Foz Tua is a family-owned winemaking company, founded in 2014 and located in Alto Douro, near the Tua Dam. With about 4 hectares, this estate is worthy of a very special terroir and produces wines with the philosophy of minimal intervention from grape to bottle.
