Description

Bollõtâ is produced in Évora, in the Alentejo, with a juniper base and a total of thirteen botanicals, such as coriander seeds, angelica root, rosemary and citrus peel. It's a slightly dry and sweet gin, where the earthy and acorn flavours stand out, providing a strong astringency.
