Citadelle Old Tom is inspired by popular gin traditions in England from the 18th and 19th centuries. It is made from gin aged in various types of wood, combined with toasted cane sugar from the Caribbean, for an incredibly gourmet sweetness.
Full and elegant, with a bittersweet profile of preserved lemon peel, aniseed and almond, the palate evolves with spicy notes of nutmeg, cinnamon and cubeb pepper. Its long finish reveals floral, spicy and woody accents, with hints of violet, angelica and liquorice.
