This Ribatejo Gin is a simple honor to the church of Graça located in the city and capital of Santarém district in Portugal. Gotik is the first natural gin from Santarém and from its province: Ribatejo. It is produced by a set of 7 distillations, it is crystalline and we can feel a proud and persistent tear when we try it. The aromatic substances are specially selected and are characteristics of the region, allowing it a distinctive bouquet and an exuberant character. The traditional distillation process also gives it a full intensity, a structure and an unforgetable lasting persistence. In its composition are used 21 botanists, some of which are produced by our distillery. With the generous imprint of Portuguese juniper and the striking singularity of the butternut pumpkin, they harmoniously combine coriander seeds, pink pepper, cardamom, walnut, tomato, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, stork plant (Erodium cicutarium), St. John's wort, oregano, lime, rosemary, thyme, orange blossom, lemon, tangerine and cinnamon.
