Sipsmith Gin is an authentic "Garage Gin", created in a small, independent, and truly artisanal distillery. On the nose it reveals summer floral notes, followed by the presence of juniper with a spicy touch, also marked by excellent citrus freshness. On the palate it is dry and juniper dominates, also demonstrating notes like lemon pie and orange jelly, with all the flavours harmonising perfectly. The finish is light, with spiciness from the juniper and a hint of sour lemon standing out.
