Zing 72 Botanical is a hand-crafted premium gin made in France using herbs and botanicals from Provence. It is distilled in small copper alembics. The bottle design takes its inspiration from the copper still and the name reflects the maceration of the botanicals which lasts 72 hours. Using winter wheat as the base ingredient the gin is distilled six times for purity and intensify flavour, then botanicals are added at various stages in the process. The botanicals include lemon, chamomile, lavender, thyme, marjoram and blueberries. The result is a fresh and floral gin, with citrus notes and a subtle aroma. Fragrant floral nose with juniper notes. Smooth and light on the palate with slightly floral and citrus notes. The finish is smooth with a floral finish.
