Description

Portsoy is a robust single malt whisky, inspired by the coastal village that gives it its name. Aged in Jerez, Bourbon and Port casks, it reveals a smoky, maritime character, with exotic notes of tropical fruit, salty liquorice, unctuous soya and a hint of chocolate. A unique sensory experience that transports you to the seas and flavours of Portsoy.

After more than two decades inactive, the Glenglassaugh distillery revived its stills in 2008, and under the close supervision of master blender Rachel Barrie, a variety of single malts matured patiently in the coastal warehouses.
