Description

Moch is a name from the Gaelic meaning "dawn". Caol Ila Moch is a wonderful newcomer whisky of the famous Islay distillery. Are present in the aroma subtle notes of citrus fruits, among sea breeze, fruits and smoke. The palate is medium bodied, with a sweet mouth early, appearing later in the palate the peat characteristics, with hints of smoked bacon and malty-sweet cereals. The finish is long, with a fragrant smoke, grain and malt. Lighter and less aggressive than 12 years old, yet, full bodied, this Islay whiskey has that touch of smoke and a balanced sweetness needed, making it a very nice whisky.
