Jacopo Poli Sassicaia di Bolgheri Grappa is made from Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon pomace, reflecting its connection to the iconic Sassicaia wine.
Distilled in small batches using copper pot stills, it undergoes an initial four-year ageing in barriques, followed by a six-month finishing period in barrels previously used for Sassicaia wine. This process adds depth and aromatic complexity.
The profile is elegant and structured, with vinous notes, integrated oak and subtle spice nuances. The finish is long, smooth and refined.
