Description

Billecart-Salmon Brut Reserve is a harmonious, round and balanced champagne. Its blend has remained unchanged since 1945: grapes from three different years - Pinnot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, from the best sites in the Marne. This cuvée, with reflections of yellow straw, stands out for the finesse of its slowly rising bubbles and its persistent mousse. The aroma is ripe with floral freshness and hints of ripe pears. A full attack on the palate, followed by perfect freshness and a rich bouquet. It can be enjoyed with a wide variety of dishes on all occasions.
