It comes from the distillation, preceded by a partial fermentation, of fresh Muscat bagasse that keeps the characteristics of the grape sweet and soft. The result is a light and delicate grappa, rich in nuances of rose, peach and orange. Aging in oak barrels for 3 years gives a pleasant and persistent roundness with a slight vanilla flavour.
