In the nose it has aromas of chamomile, a bit of hay and fennel, with some notes of wet earth and hints of bitter almond and olive, with pine resin. Very mild suggestions of ripe fruit at the end. There is also a deep coastal side and finally subtle leather notes. In the mouth it is lively and refreshing, with decent acidity and average salinity. The fermented flavors are quite invasive, but are balanced by a fruity touch. Mediterranean herbs, bringing a slight bitterness. Some meat suggestions too. It's a bit heavy, but over time it becomes elegant, quite deep and persistent. Long and slightly bitter finish.
