The Sharish pennyroyal intends to recover the authenticity of the Alentejo liqueur, preserving the natural flavour and colour of the plants used. Being 100% natural it may present colour variations, however, the guarantee of its unmistakable Alentejo flavour is very present. It is a liqueur with a Gin base.
Sharish Gin is founded in the year 2014, in Reguengos de Monsaraz and is the direct translation of the inspirations of the recipes that recover the smells that surrounded the childhood of António Cuco, the founder.
With an immense desire to bring to life a project he has always had a lot of love for, António Cuco creates the first Gin Interpretation Centre on the Iberian Peninsula, oding to the philosophy "Slowly distilled in Alentejo". Today, the premium brand is constantly innovating its products and expanding in the market.
