Description

Montelobos Tobalá Mezcal is a young mezcal made with Tobalá agave, roasted in underground ovens, naturally fermented in pine vats and distilled in small copper batches. The result is a harmonious balance between the freshness of the agave, sweetness and a soft smoky touch.

With a crystalline colour and platinum reflections, its aroma reveals notes of lemon, liquorice, green pepper, pear, citrus and spices. On the palate, flavours of basil, roast fig, macadamia and truffle stand out, providing a rich and sophisticated experience.
