Lisboa Gin is the result of three years of development, created to pay tribute to the city where Gin Lovers was born and has grown. Inspired by Lisbon’s seven hills, this gin combines seven base botanicals with seven additional botanicals — clove petals, cinnamon, coffee, salt, basil, Arinto grapes, and lettuce — transporting us through the city and its history. All botanicals are cold-infused to ensure exceptional freshness, and the gin is distilled in small copper stills, allowing precise control over each batch.

Produced in partnership with one of Portugal’s most promising distillers, Lisboa Gin is crafted in the Lisbon district using a cereal-based alcohol. The result is a charismatic, youthful, fresh, and versatile gin, where salty, sweet, and citrus aromas harmoniously combine, capturing the unique spirit of the city.
