The Quinta do Cerrado, with approximately 30 hectares, is part of the Dão Wine Route. The winery has a capacity of one million litres and is equipped with excellent technology able to produce the truest and most genuine nectar of the Dão region, be it with grapes from the Quinta do Cerrado itself or with others picked in the region. In our four granite pressing vats, we make a quality wine with the best grapes and traditional methods. The soil is rich in granite and schist, offering a great diversity in terms of style and expression of fruit, showing an earthiness to the reds and fruitiness to the whites.
